Graduation Transitions 
 

All grade 12 students are responsible for preparing a Graduation Transitions Presentation as part of the Ministry Requirements for graduation!

Students MUST complete this 4-Credit program in order to graduate.  All grade 12 students will be required to present their Graduation Transitions information to a select panel.  

Upon successful attainment of the following Prescribed Learning Outcomes, a “Requirement Met” mark will be assigned, and students will earn the four credits required in order to graduate.

Well rounded B.C. graduates are:

  • Lifelong learners
  • Involved community members
  • Healthy Individuals
  • Take responsibility for their own learning and success in school and life
 

All B.C. secondary school students must collect and present evidence that they are working toward the attributes of the BC graduate as skilled, healthy knowledgeable, participating citizens.
