At Caulfeild, we are very proud of our Hot Lunches. Even from our tiny kitchen, we provide fresh, healthy meals for our kids, twice a week. This is completely run by parent volunteers, and it is the biggest fundraiser for our school.
We rotate through a variety of different foods, including Flying Wedge Pizza, Kin Sushi, Subway Sandwiches, My Tiffin, Booster Juice and TCBY. You may choose to order from as many, or as few different vendors as you choose.

Welcome to Caulfeild’s Hot Lunch Program!
Fall Session will run:
September 21, 2010 – February 11, 2011
We will be accepting orders for this session between Tuesday, September 7th, 2010 and Tuesday, September 14, 2010.
You must order during these dates in order for your child to receive Hot Lunch between September and February!
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR CHANGES AFTER THIS DEADLINE
At Caulfeild, we are very proud of our Hot Lunch program. Even from our tiny kitchen, we provide the option twice per week, Tuesdays and Thursdays. The program is also Caulfeild’s largest fundraiser. Once again we have some amazing vendors coming on board. Flying Wedge Pizza, Subway, Kin Sushi, Booster Juice, TCBY, The Magic Lunch Box and My Tiffin.
Important Things Too Note:
- Our serving sizes must accommodate kindergarteners through seventh graders. You may wish to increase the number of servings for children with bigger appetites.
- If your child has food allergies, please contact us prior to placing your Hot Lunch order to discuss specific ingredients in the entrees you are considering.
Ordering Online for Hot Lunch:
1. Go to the Caulfeild website www.sd45.bc.ca/schools/caulfeild. Click on “School Website” on the right.
2. Under “Parents” go to “Hot Lunch” and you will find the Munch a Hot Lunch Link.
3. Create your family account by clicking on “New Users click here” or select “Returning Users Click Here” and then follow the easy steps to order lunch.
4. Review the choices with your child and double check your quantities at the end of the ordering process. Scroll down all the way to the bottom to verify your order then press “Submit My Order”. Remember, there are no refunds or changes after the deadline.
5. Make your payment with Paypal or drop-off a cheque to the CPAC mailbox.
5. After creating your account, you can return to your account anytime by clicking on “Returning Users click here”.
If you are unable to submit an online form, please contact us as there will not be a paper version available this year.

Our program is completely run by a great group of parent volunteers who organize the Hot Lunches on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
