British Columbia Ferry Services Inc., or B. C. Ferries, is known for safety, spectacular scenery and a proud maritime history. The objectives of BC Floorball are: a) to promote and develop the sport of Floorball in British Columbia; b) to promote and co-ordinate the development of participants, coaches, officials and administrators in the sport of Floorball in British Columbia; c) to establish, administer and enforce rules and regulations governing the sport of Floorball in British Columbia; d) to promote and encourage participation in the sport of Floorball in British Columbia as a means of improving physical fitness, and encouraging the development of leadership and sportsmanship qualities in its participants; e) to promote and encourage public awareness of the sport of floorball in the British Columbia and the role of the Corporation; f) to act as the official member association representing BC at Floorball Canada

Clean Air Day is a focal point for information and action on clean air and climate change issues. The Government of Canada proclaimed Clean Air Day in 1999 in response to requests from community-based environmental, health and transportation groups, and nation-wide activities continue to emphasize a grassroots approach. Clean Air Day is held each year in early June on the Wednesday of Canadian Environment Week.

Cypress Park Little League (CPLL) is a non-profit society established for the purpose of operating a Little League Baseball program in the western portion of West Vancouver, Lions Bay and Bowen Island. CPLL's 9 Divisions (approx. 400 players, ages 5 to 18) encompass various age and skill levels. Male and Femlae players are able to participate. League Boundaries: Cypress Park Little League baseball (T-Ball through Big League divisions) is open to all children 5 to 18 years of age living west of Rogers Creek (located between 28th and 29th Streets) to Lions Bay and including Bowen Island.

This is the 41st year of Dynamic Dan Miscisco's popular sports and learning camps. While skills development is the major objective, Dan's other goal is for everyone to have a fun-filled experience. 'Little Feet Kids Yoga' evolved out of Dhana's two passions - children and yoga. Blending the classic art of yoga with a sprinkling of practical nutritional facts and a lot of fun has proven an ideal recipe for her popular children's classes, which are sometimes co-taught with her daughter.

The Drive Basketball Academy is dedicated to the development of young athletes throughout British Columbia. Drive currently offers numerous basketball camps, training, clinics, tournaments, and other events on a yearly basis. Drive provides an intense, competitive and positive environment for both boys and girls from Grades 1-12. With elite level coaches and advanced training techniques, the focus is to increase the skill level, confidence and overall fitness of all participants involved. Drive is also committed to the continued development of the members' mental and physical attributes and to maintaining positive relationships beyond the completion of the program.

Hollyburn Sailing Club began operation in 1963 with the main objective of training North Shore children in “seamanship”. With the blessing of the District and the West Vancouver Parks and Recreation Commission the HSC has operated out of Ambleside Park for almost 50 years training over 10,000 individuals. Our training programs have expanded to include adult sailing and kayaking lessons. Hollyburn sailors have achieved Olympic status, competed in numerous World Championships and raced in the America’s Cup. The Co-op Program offers co-op members the use of a variety of sailboats and kayaks. The clubhouse is located on beautiful Ambleside Beach. A large deck and facilities allow for enjoyment of members and guests.

Mad Science offers a large selection of after-school, preschool, summer and vacation programs, in class workshops, special events entertainment, and birthday parties. From entertaining educational programs to educational entertainment, Mad Science sparks imaginative learning by providing FUN Science programs for children age 3 to 12.

Since 1981, Stardust (originally Stardust Enterprises, now Stardust Kids on Wheels) has been visiting local elementary schools to teach children roller skating during their P.E. classes. Our instructors visit each school for one, two or three weeks (depending on the population of the school) and teach basic skating skills and safety rules both for indoor and outdoor skating. We supply the instructor, skates and, if requested, helmets. We visit approximately five or six schools each week and run the program September through June of each year. Between 1981 - 2008, we have been booked in schools in the following districts: Surrey, Langley, Delta, Vancouver, Richmond, Coquitlam, North Vancouver, Burnaby, Maple Ridge, Abbotsford, New Westminster, Whistler, and West Vancouver.

WVFHC is located on the spectacular North Shore of Vancouver, B.C. Canada. We offer excellent recreational and high-performance hockey-playing opportunities for our 2000 members: men, women, girls and boys from ages 6 to 86.

The West Vancouver Otters Swim Club (WVOSC) was formed in 1976. The WVOSC, also know as the Otters, has grown from a small recreational club to a mature organization comprised of swimmers in every age group and in every level of competition. We proudly represent our community as an organization emphasizing the sport of swimming through development of swimming skills, fitness, team participation and excellence in swimming performance.

The Club has a long tradition of excellence. Since it's beginnings in the 1920's, the Club has been involved in the promotion, organization, and development of soccer at the youth level in the Municipality of West Vancouver. The ideal of the Club is to provide for participation by all who wish to play soccer at the level of their individual ability.

The long established, not for profit West Vancouver Tennis Club will provide a Centre of Tennis Excellence available to junior and adult members of the community where enjoyment of the game of tennis is enhanced through skilled coaching, recreation, and competitive play in a social atmosphere of friendship, encouragement, and respect.

West Vancouver Yacht Club is known for its great hospitality, convenient location, and excellent facilities. The yacht club has over 700 members and owns a number of outstations along the BC Coast. A variety of activities are available to members including yacht racing, learn to sail programs, coastal cruising, and year-round social events.
